Seattle area mechanic recommendations?
Searched the forum for existing posts and only saw one reco for a shop down in Auburn (which I'll reach out to).
Looking for any other mechanic recommendations in the Seattle area for a 2003 Ford V8 Sportsmobile -- looking to do a tune-up (new plugs, etc) and replace fuel filter and few other general mtc items.

You don’t need a Sportsmobile mechanic for that stuff, I had a Ford dealer do my plugs, fuel filter and other things.

arctictraveller: yep, I totally agree that a sportsmobile-specific mechanic isn't needed. I should have been clearer in my ask. While most any general mechanic can do a tune-up on a Ford van, I'd prefer to establish a relationship with a shop that specializes in Ford trucks/vans and/or 4x4 offroad vehicles. While the van is a Ford, the 4x4 mods resulted in somewhat frankenstein / non-Ford parts (e.g., brakes). So I'd like to have someone who knows what they are doing if/when I have issues beyond a basic tune-up.
John S: Thanks. I'll check them out.

I've taken my van to Duke's Truck Repair on Airport Way S https://www.dukestruckrepair.com
They've been good to me over the years. Friendly, and make it right.
[Scratch that! Looks like they've closed. So sad!]

rjs73, any luck finding a mechanic for our big vehicles, and 4x4 systems?
My van has a couple 4x4 issues now.

Unfortunately, no. I’m still looking and still have a couple nagging issues not yet solved.

Also looking for a good mechanic who can work on 4x4 and suspension stuff, any recommendations are appreciated. I also need service done and someone recommended Ranaway Diesel in Duvall, does anyone here has some experience with them?

What exactly do you need done? It might help me point you in the right direction. I don’t think there is 1 location but maybe a couple depending on the need.
