So I got a hold of Linda, the deputy treasurer, in Vermilion SD... She gave me the list of what to do... I don't know if they get a lot of calls and emails or what?, be she was kinda came off like a drill sergeant about it - maybe she was stressed out?
She said, among other things, fill about the Title App and sign sec 3 and 4 ...
When you look at the app:

I see where a Dealer is supposed to Verify the Price in sec 4, but I don't get what she was talking about in sec 3?
I've emailed the Dealer about this to ask what he's entered into the South Dakota system, because I bought it in SD. He didn't know this was possible - and has lived in SD his whole life.
My temporary plate expires Nov 1... And I'm leaving on a climbing mission 26 Oct and returning 16 Nov so want to get this in the mail Monday.
If not I will have to drive it back from it's hiding place w/o plates when I return... And I'm sure some WA police officer would love to right me a big fat juicy ticket for driving w/o plates, lolz
Maybe just fill everything out to the best of my ability and send them the $$$ and title and hope everything fly's or something?
