What did insurance give you for it?

Both the drivers A & B piller appear to be pushed in. So much that the windshield opening is ovalized.
Sell it to someone looking for a project like that and spend your time looking for a new van that you and your family can enjoy now.

Ask those interested to submit a bid. If you've settled with the insurance company add what you'd receive from a private sale to those funds and definitely look for an intact vehicle.

The only real way to come out on top of a rebuild like the existing van would require is to DIY the work from start-to-finish with near zero expenditure any body work from outside sources.

I would guess most expressing interest in a wrecked van will expect to pay no more than the insurance company already paid.

Without seeing it in person it’s very difficult to accurately access the damage and its value. As for asking what the insurance paid, they should pay out it’s value before being wrecked. Don’t accept their first offer, you can negotiate with them.
