My 2000 E350 eb has 177k with no problems, That being said I have seen those trans go away at 100k and some go over 200k. I think its a ticking time bomb. I have thought about getting mine rebuilt so...

I work with a guy that has a 2001 trk with 340k on his 7.3. It always make me feel a bit better about having a high mileage rig when you see ahigh mileage still going.

Also My is not regesterd as a camper/motorhome, but as a pasenger veh. the big thing is to get it reclased from a comercial veh to something...

I also had a easy/good experiance at Ca DMW took the van in the did a inspection of the interior.
handed me some new plates and that was it.
Also worth noteing, I intsalled a camper shell on...

If you do get a 220v welder and want to use your dryer recp outlet in most cases you will be limited by the 30 amp breaker and wire size for that breaker. I would be carefull with the above mentioned...

Get the 110v wire feed, you will be suprised as to what you can weld. If you have anything thicker to weld you can fab it and tack it together.......then take it to the bigger welder.

If you don't need a 4x4 i would look at the sprinters also tons of room and great fuel mileade also. I am not sure if this is an issue with your photography, Diesels make a bit more engine noise then...
