I believe that 5" bs on a 9" rim will be around 0 offset. You will probably be ok rubbing wise with 275's and that setup.

Military tires did not rub once I took a hand grinder to front fenders.
7" backspacing +50 offset

What year is your quigley?
My 95 has all Ford F-350 parts.
I just swapped hubs, did new rotors and calipers.
Mine had thin metal spring clips to hold pads in place. My d60 is not a kingpin...

I think Chris is right about using his kit as being an easier option.
I think the quigley bracketry may have changed over the years. Make sure the van frames have the same dimensions fri 97 - 08

It is the short 138 inch wheelbase.
I think that you could but a van body on it.
