Regis - congrats on the Express!
I saw you inquiring about the seat swivel - I'd say it is one of the best mods you can make. As far as I know, however, nobody makes a good out of the box swivel for the express. The swivel plates that bolt on to your pedestal end up raising your seat height up about 1.5". If you are short, or your passenger is short, this isn't a big deal. For me it was a deal breaker so I ended up going a different route. Another member here (and on Expo) has cut down his existing pedestal before adding the swivel plate to retain the factory seat height. Also note that the pivot point on the swivel plate should sit inboard of center such that when the seat swivels it swings about 1"-2" toward the center of the van so there is no interference with the door. My swivel plates that I originally ordered were built with the pivot point in the wrong location and were not going to work without modification.
