Anyone hear from these guys lately? I would love to order their RIP system but haven't been able to get a hold of them (email or phone) for over a month now.

That's about normal. Keep trying, they're a small shop.
Wow Pete, you have me beat. I have been trying since last November. E-mailed numerous times, even dropped by his shop when in San Diego and left my info with Glen. I have gotten no response and I am about ready to give up on it.
I'm not holding my breath either. Almost a year since I first contacted them.
I'm starting think it would be better to not even know about it.
Hearing rumor & innuendo that a magic carpet ride is out there, but not really available, is kinda painful.
Not giving up, but getting close to doin' something else.

I think the 4x4 conversions must get the most attention, as those are the higher money makers. I know first hand this to be the case, as a friend of mine went to them to have a 4x4 conversion done to his van almost a year ago, and it was done within a week of contacting them.
Such is life, as is typical, $$$ is what makes the world go 'round!
I don't think the RIP kit is any sort of special magic that you should wait for... It's springs and shocks.
Use some moog springs and some bilstein or fox shocks and you'll be 95% there without the headache.
