Years ago I was looking for a similar TBL (minus the backup lights) for my '01 Excursion but never found one. A number of options for F series, bu not much else.

It's not the same, but it works. The angle and profile is close enough. You so have to add new holes for the screws, then seal it off with silicone. Quadvan puts them in too, bit they have a customs mounting-buck, which includes the pass through wiring for roof rack lights.

Are we talking about fitting to the fiberglass roof angle?
Interesting, but backup led floods are so easy on or under the bumper....understanding that is not the request, but Amazon has these that even a single will light up the world in back
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
and this for brake only
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Interesting quest and as pointed out E series is discontinued, curious as to your solution when you get there!

Time to get into your invention lab!
But really, like a couple others have said, start by replacing stock halogen bulbs with LEDs, that’s what I did for my ‘91 Chevy G20. As for the super bright backup lights, I’m pretty sure DOT only allows a certain amount of lumens as to not blind people. Better off with an independent switch and wiring harness for some flush mounted white LED lights mounted in the rear bumper. Then you can switch them on only when totally necessary.

But these are pretty bright as well... in terms of mounting up high with a 30 degree downward angle ...

I mounted one on my high top as a porch light...

Brake light cameras
Google turned up quite a few brake light plus camera combos for my Sprinter. Did none show up for the Econoline? I also found some really bright bumper LED backuplights online. Not all in one, but the combo works well.

unfortunately i cant find much/any for the Econoline...that's why i was hoping that the 3rd brakelight for the Econoline was actually the same as the F150 or other Ford vehicle, etc.
thanks everyone for the great feedback....i am still on the hunt for the perfect solution.

I saw a county water Econoline today with a light bar on the rear roof. It was mounted forward of the 3rd eye brake light. I don't you solution is coming off the shelf. This one will be "all custom".
