Re: NEW Scepter Fuel Containers
Thought I would share this info.... no affiliation whatsoever ... but I did just purchase 4 cans.
Brand new NATO gas cans for sale. They can get past the California CARB rules by printing not for fuel use on the side. Here is the thread. Buy 4 and free shipping.... They also have smaller cans available if the 5 gallons are too big. Check their site.

Re: NEW Scepter Fuel Containers
Yes, but this thread is about NEW Scepter MFCs.
FYI... for those interested... sorry for the delay. I have been making one last round to the distributors in case I could find one that would do business in the US.
No Luck.
I do have a Canadian Distributor ready to do business, so watch for new news in another week or so.

Re: NEW Scepter Fuel Containers
I just picked up two NEW Nato metal 5 gal cans (from Cheaper then dirt for $39 bucks!).
I have a line on spouts for them too.
No carb compliant junk.

Would like to know about spouts. I have been using these and they are awesome for siphoning gas!

Re: NEW Scepter Fuel Containers
Here are my NATO cans, spouts, carry trays and straps.
(sold as fuel cans but in green?)
I know not plastic as Sceptor(?), but new!
For silent travel I will rubber mount the carry tray and strap where it goes over the top of the can.
Probably not on my van (!), but on my Toyota 4x which has a smallish tank.
Cheaper Than Dirt for the cans (not always in stock), and the HQ Company for the spouts.
HQC has a good selection of various spouts for various cans I thought (I hope that helps answer your question Roonie).
Cheers

Re: NEW Scepter Fuel Containers
Guys,
As has been mentioned a number of times already, this thread is for discussion of "NEW Scepter Fuel Containers". There are number of other general threads about other jerry can options, or start a new thread, but this one keeps diverging from a specific topc that Greg started on Scepter MFCs.
Starting a new thread is Free, give it a try.

Re: NEW Scepter Fuel Containers
Thanks for your infinite wisdom.
I merely put it up on this thread because no one came through on anything.
All talk...

Oh and thank you for your juvenile response. Part of my job here as an Admin is to keep the discussions on track so there is some structure and flow to the discussions, and that does occasionally include pointing out things that people may not want to hear or acknowledge.
