They're Goodyear Wrangler Duratracs, 315/75R16. Got about 7,000 or so miles on them. So far so good. I like them a lot, both performance and looks. We'll see how long the tread lasts.

Mike

Re: SMB Sightings

State Bridge Colorado, spotted a white Sportsmobile Sprinter heading south on Hwy 131 around 9:30am Friday, Oct 10th. We waved, they waved back.

Two Sportsmobile Sprinters in our group but you wouldn't have known it because we were in a group of touring cyclists with loaded panniers heading up Hwy 131 to begin the three day Colorado River backroads loop. Followed the historic Colorado River Road down to Dotsero, then the Glenwood Canyon bike trail to Glenwood Springs. Next two days were back through the canyon to Eagle, then climbing back over the Hwy 131 summit for a fast descent back down to the Colorado River at State Bridge.

BTW, the old Colorado River Road was beautiful - fall colors were still out, traffic was light, and the road surface although unpaved was in good condition. Great tour route on a bike, motorcycle, or Sportsmobile!

Re: SMB Sightings

Camped at El Capitan State Beach this weekend near Santa Barbara, CA. Saw this SMB just around the corner from our campsite. It left a little after I took the pic.

Then saw this one down at the beach entrance. I spoke to the guy a little about it as we were riding by. Looked really nice, but I didn't get to check it out too closely.

Re: SMB Sightings

About two hours ago, at Glenwood Springs exit, Tan SMB E-series, Penthouse...

About an hour ago, Gray E350, SMB, 4X4, EB, PH towing a trailer with 3 to 4 motorcycles on it, heading East I-70.

About one mile behind the Gray SMB was a Tan E350, SMB, 4X4, EB, PH - I don't think they were together.

I'm headed west and back to San Diego with a rig I purchased this morning in Denver. 5.4L Coachman got 16.8 mpg from Denver to Fruita doing the speed limit plus with strong head winds going up the mountain. Filled up for $2.999 a gallon!

I've seen several Sprinter rigs...

Lots of snow on top and beautiful Fall colors!

I'll be home tomorrow.
