With nearly half a year of severance, rather than find another job, I'll be going into the custom vehicle (mostly 4x4 vans and expedition vehicles) business full time. Or course with your demonstrated skills "luck" isn't necessary---your work speaks for itself, relatively speaking there are few who can take a concept all the way through a finished product.

I'm sure you're ahead of this idea but along with vans pick up trucks might be a strong market for you too.

Thanks everyone for the well wishes! I consider myself fortunate to have all of your support. A layoff can sometimes have a pretty big negative impact on a small family but in this case, I think we'll be just fine. Lots of good things coming. Stay tuned!
