Glen and I are both here, we are parked next to each other out here in the rain! We will look for you in the morning as classes start (GPS for me) and things dry out.

I’m helping with the winch class and doing basic radio com class. Kinda cool I will demonstrate how radio works by being able to talk on a repeater on Santiago peak from cal city .

RawHyde Update

A great group of people always makes things better!

Forum members at RawHyde included Goosberry (Kelly), yakhlr (Henry & Kathy), SLoya (Sam & Sharon), Glen (as himself) and myself (Fitz - Tim & Laura).

Thursday afternoon brought plenty of rain and cold and wind, watching the tents being set up in the dusk brought yet another appreciation for the comfort of our vans when the elements outside are not cooperating.

And of course we need a few pictures. Here is the group at dinner.

Here are four of the five vans. Goosberry's van not shown, he got there before the rest of us and was set up off to the left and out of the frame of the picture.

And here is Laura driving the van out on the training course, photo courtesy of Glen. Zoom in on her facial expression to see what FUN looks like! Bob Burns did a great job of walking us through the course and expanding our knowledge of what these vans can do.

All in all, it was a great way to spend the time with a great group of people!
