Re: What did you do to your SMB today?
Yeah, I still need to get a good shot of the new storage box, but this afternoon my Bus Depot awning came in and I set it up to test fit.
Seems to work great. Takes about as long to put up as s small tent. Clamps easily to the rain gutter when the PH is up. In this pic I tried using their drive over brackets. It worked for the rear, but not even close for the front, but I can bolt the legs to the nerf bar brackets front and back for a clean, no guide line setup.

What did you do to your SMB today?
Finally got around to writing the fresh water tank directions on the tank itself and numbering the valves

Re: What did you do to your SMB today?
DP Tuned with a new egt probe and touch screen. Not sure I like the smoke but I bet you cant get that dollar off the dash.
I do like the shift points over the Superchip tune I had. So back to the smoke and I now have on order the IH belowed up pipes to fix a few leaks that I had fixed a couple years ago.
I might just have the superchip tuner up for sale

Not sure these will fit vans, but RiffRaff Diesel sells ceramic coated IH up-pipes. Wish I had known about these when I had my leak fixed.

Re: What did you do to your SMB today?
looks like the same ones but thats over 200 more green backs for the ceramic. It cost me over $500 to have the last leak fixed last time and these I can put on pretty quick at a cost of $320 so I'm happy not to have to worry about those dam bushings anymore.
Your right I wish I knew about this issue with the 7.3

Installed Spec-D headlights with LED DRLs. Really like them so far. Also installed the clear corners. Picked them up off eBay for under 100 bucks!
Finished wiring in a gentex mirror with temp and compass.

Ran kerosene through the furnace. Supposed to clean out the combustion chamber so you never have any more problems....

Re: What did you do to your SMB today?
Skyl330 those look sweet! Any way you could post a pic a little more from a distance? Maybe outside in the daylight. I'm curious what they look like in better light. Even they Ebay page's pics are pretty dark.
Thanks

Re: What did you do to your SMB today?
I have had this insulation foam from a friend that does aerospace stuff. It is 1/8 inch thick with a sticky side.
Always looking to reduce the cycle time on the Norcold I finally cut the pieces and went from this
To this. The back I covered as much as I could.
I'm hopping that it also quiets the fridge down a little more.
