Re: Z's Fiamma Awning Brackets
Installed, with the help of Ray(1der), thanks again Ray! As a side note, he's a great house guest, as he definitely likes to earn his keep, I've got him helping me out with springtime yard cleanup!
Brackets mounted, we had to modify them slightly by bending the top to clear the extra width of my CCV top, and we just needed 2 to hold the CVT awning as it's much lighter than the fiamma.

Re: Z's Fiamma Awning Brackets
Hi All
Thanks REF Rick, Alex and Lake are as great at their wonderful home as they are out on the road!! Really wonderful
Okay for all looking for the brackets. I will have the first run in hand on Monday. I will set out the details next week and have pics of what all is included. We added a 1/2" to the height of the front and rear bracket so the Fiamma awning clears the middle bracket bend. The brackets come powder coated black, with rubber pads attached, and stainless hardware for mounting the brackets to the van. You will have to decide on the drill points for attaching the awning body to the brackets.
I have tried the first set on my Fiamma and it worked great. Rick's CVT awning worked as well using two of the brackets. I may even have a chance to see how they work with the Colorado Carefree awnings.
Stay tuned and thanks for your patience!
Ray

Re: Z's Fiamma Awning Brackets
I'll be ordering an ARB awning soon and was just going to go with the "L" brackets mounted to the Yakima bars, but I don't really like the gap between the roof and the awning for use in the rain.
Is there any reason these would NOT work with an ARB awning on a van without a pop top or raised top, or any issues with a slider door?

They will work fine. The CVT and ARB awnings are identical except for color. I have a pop top and no issues unless your pop top comes down and shifts towards that side. Then it will hit the back of the brackets/bolts but won't hurt anything, it just won't line up until you shift the top over to the center again. Not a big deal and Ray is including better hardware to compensate for this.
Just FYI, you will still have a gap but it's a very small one.
I can't imagine how a slider door would interfere with them.

Re: Z's Fiamma Awning Brackets
Slightly late to the party, but I would buy a set of these newfangled awning brackets.
Too late?
