, that said, I went to Baja this fall and needed 4wd on a regular basis or I'd still be down there digging myself out.
I wish there was a bit more clearance and I am already thankful for the bashplate. It's expensive and adds weight and complexity but it was a good decision for me.
Note that Quadvan also installs Aluminess stuff and is aware of door fit issues so you may want to raise the conversation with him if it's still outstanding then. In general, John didn't seem pleased with the Transit door hinges.
