I got the one for my truck on Ebay, seems like the van ones are a bit more expensive.

@Socalsmb, is the one on your van specifically for a van, or is it the F150 grill?

Ebay sells that Raptor style grill for the older body style Econolines.

https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_fro...-2007&_sacat=0

Regarding the 6.0, I would join some of the 6.0 specific groups on Facebook or Ford Truck Enthusiasts, they are a little more specific than the generic numbers posted earlier.

I have a decently modified 6.0, high top, hot tune, lifted 10-12 on 37s - so way up there - and see consistent 190-196 coolant temp and 192-200 oil temp. The general rule of thumb on the 6.0s is that you never want to see more than a 15 degree delta between oil and coolant temp. If there is more than 15 degrees when being worked hard, your oil cooler has left the party and needs to be flushed.

Are those EGTs pre-turbo or post-turbo? Seem low for pre-turbo.

Didn't see the earlier grills, my search terms included 'Raptor'. Good find.

I agree with joining FTE, if not already. It has been my go-to for powerstroke info for over 10 years. EDIT: 20 years. Sheesh.

https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/forum107/

Powerstroke.org is good also.

I can't recommend any FB powerstroke groups, and have left any I was ever a part of. For any 1 person that actually knows what their talking about there are 100 that don't and the good info gets carried away with the trash.

I don't yet have a powerstroke van, but I have plenty of powerstrokes....

I got one more since that picture, so 3x 6.0 and 1x 7.3

I've searched all over the forums, and seen several people referencing putting a *MISHIMOTO* Radiator in their rig, but no details on which one. . . If you could let me know which Mishimoto Radiator you used? I saw two possible contenders, the 6.0L compatible one and their universal one. and even reached out to Mishimoto to see if they had a recommendation on which one to use, they said they had nothing that was designed for it the e350 6.0 and refered me back to these forums. . .

Answer to you question is located on Post 27 & 31 of this Thread:
https://www.sportsmobileforum.com/fo...hot-30850.html

In Post 27 the model number is identified - but you have to pull up Mishimoto's web site, type that model number into their 'Search" bar, and this is the Radiator I used:
https://www.mishimoto.com/ford-60l-p...tor-03-07.html

There is a little fab work involved, believe repositioning the upper mounts (or could have been lower mounts...my recall is influenced by my age)
Hope this helps.

Transmission: Every 20,000 miles
ENGINE COOLANT CHANGE: Every 15,000 miles
Transfer Case: Every 20,000 miles

Wow, that's high frequency in my world. Coolant every 15k?
