Re: The Zombie Van Build (feat. REDOVAL)
That's great looking Nobbie! I bet you (and your son) will be tired tomorrow just in time for the trip! I would be tempted to take that to work and head out to the parking lot for a nap during lunch hour!

Re: The Zombie Van Build (feat. REDOVAL)
My creative coordinator (I'm a creative director in advertising and I need someone detail-oriented, unlike me, to coordinate everything. Yes, I'm am lame.) gave me this quilt as a Zombie Van Warming gift. It is made out of old mens suits! So kitschy I had to add it to the decor. Plus, it's rather dense for such a thin blanket. Should provide decent warmth with all that wool suit material, no?
And here, I've removed the second captain's chair in the second row to allow for more room inside the ZV.
Plus, if one of us desires more room, there's plenty of room underneath the sleeping platform for one person to sleep on the camp pad.

Thanks, Scott. It's just a temp set-up until you design and build the dinette/bed for the back!
Naps are awesome! I think the girls at my work would freak out on the van, unless I served cocktails. Then all bets are off!

Re: The Zombie Van Build (feat. REDOVAL)
Where did you get the interior plastic window trim? From a junkyard conversion van?

Yes, I got them from a conversion van. They can be color matched to any OEM Ford hue and use a standard tension cord shade (typically from United Shade Co). PM me if you are interested in more. I can get the camper shade style and the XLT style for the rear pop out windows. I also have the rear windows for sale.
Sorry to muddy the thread Nobbie!

Sounds like every creative director I've ever worked with.

I'm confused. Isn't it already a Quigley?
Looks like you're making quick progress on the mods.
Cheers,

Brent, correct. Scott is thinking about adding 4WD to his van, not mine! [emoji4]

It sure is tempting! I think there may be a UJOR order in my near future!

Re: The Zombie Van Build (feat. REDOVAL)
Why did you have to remove one side of the frame to get it in?
