G'day.
What is the Brand of Hoist & model number please?
Your SMB is coming along well. I should get my van from Australian Customs
in the next few days. Then Federal & State approval & registration. 1st RHD e350 into
Australia. Cheers.

Sprinter Lift BendPak XPR-10S-168 Two Post Lift, 10,000 Lb. Capacity, Clearfloor, Narrow
I like the lift but when I buy another, I'm going bigger. Probably a 12k or 15k.
You'll have one unique ride down there! Can't wait to see it in action! The RHD conversion turned out incredible.

For those of you who are curious about the wiring...
Stock harness on the left. The harness on the right has the Cummins and Allison wiring integrated into the Ford Battery Junction Box. Tons of work but zero butt connectors!! I started out with a new harness (part number from a van without RSC so I could swap to a simplified ABS module), stripped away all of the 5.4L wiring I didn't need then I re-purposed each open circuit to work with the Cummins and Allison circuits. I also made sure to run all of the wiring needed for the ESOF t-case through the firewall grommet so I wouldn't have to open up more holes. Next time I do this it will be much easier...
Once it was all wrapped, I stuffed it into place. Things are going together quickly in the front but just as I get one thing done, I find something else to address. Example, the banjo fitting on the power steering pump is leaking. Of course it is super accessible. I guess it's better access now vs. when it is all together.

Next time you do this?! I would say "I hope you're documenting this well!" But I know you are. Lol
Sort of makes me want to start over. Find a high mileage van with a clean frame and body, worn out drivetrain. Coilovers, new front axle, rear sterling, cummins and Allison, 55 gallon tank, new paint. Hmmmmmm....

I'll have to log some miles in MG's demo van first.
