Re: How did you hear about Sportsmobile Forum?

After buying my Eurovan camper (EVC) someone said I should check out SMBs. So I did. Sold the EVC since and bought a SMB for double what I sold my EVC for. damn it!

Thanks... I'm no stranger to custom fabrication so I'm looking forward to outfitting this van...

Re: How did you hear about Sportsmobile Forum?

I got here through google. I'm totally new to the off road van scene but my family is getting bigger and I'm standing strong against the mini-van, ha ha. This forum seems to have a lot of good info and well executed builds. I'm eager to learn more and get myself a van.

Re: How did you hear about Sportsmobile Forum?

Hello from Northern Michigan...

I found "Sportsmobile" by searching for van conversions last summer. We liked the concept of being able to do so much customization of the layout design. We are working with Nancy at the Indiana location. We dropped off our 2013 E-350 Extended a couple weeks ago, we ordered it from our local Ford dealer.

Our layout is a full customization, didn't see a standard plan that fit our desires so we started from scratch and Nancy has been amazing making sure everything fits just as we want it. Should be a few more weeks before we can start the Sportsmobile Adventure.

I found this forum through the Sportsmobile web site.

Hey Ray, small world! I saw your handle and then the northern Michigan and knew there couldn't be two of you

We just found Sportsmobile last week while looking for a small motorhome online. We went today and got a look at our first SMB, a used one in GR. Absolutely loved it, it is perfect for our type of travel but she had someone coming up from Missouri to look at it tomorrow. If they don't buy it then I might. Otherwise we'll probably get a used van and go the diy route with Sportsmobile putting in a pop top on it.

Rusty...
