Hi Vincent,
As you clean the turbo, did take the opportunity to open it on the exhaust side to clean the small parts of the variable geometry? They tend to get blocked by soot and calamine and it's good to clean those every 40-50,000 miles.

No, I cleaned it with a green ball, the translation must not be very good

the reassembly is done slowly fortunately I have the other engine to see a little

Vincent what were you doing here? Did you completely fill the channels in the front of the roof before painting?

Yes I filled it so as not to have any infiltration under the joint while rolling

That makes sense. Is it just aluminum rolled over on the edges and stuck down with the same seam sealer you used for the gutters? It looks great!

I folded a 1 mm stainless steel sheet and glued it with the same Sika glue.

he has a 7.3 without variable geometry turbo. one of the parts you get less power from but also less problems
