Thanks man! They came out even better than I expected. I like the spray-on bedliner stuff but ya gotta be careful cuz it comes out of the can with extremely high pressure. They'll look even better once I add some mud flaps on there.

Exactly, how much trouble was that? A few months back, a guy was looking to get rid of this but I gave up thinking it would be too much trouble. Maybe it could have been cool with some modifying?...

When I first saw that pic without actually reading your post, I thought you had sold your 1970's jet boat and kept the gas pedal for yourself.

Modifying the bumper wasn't too bad once I figured out how to do it. The main mod had to do with the mounting brackets as the actual bumper was almost a perfect fit (only had to cut 2" at each ends). If the price is right I'd say go for it.
70's Jet boats had those pedals?
Cheers

Aw man, he ended up giving it away to someone else for free. I missed out! He had $900 in to it.
Most 1970's jet boats had these, but if you were cooler-er, it woulda had toes like yours

Really nice job on those flares. What brand of bedliner spray did you use?

Finally figured out a solution for our 12yo black lab to get in and out of the van easily. I looked at all kinds of dog stairs, dog ramps, etc. But they are rated for 85lbs, 125 lbs, and the like. And then we'd move that out of the way and put a milk crate down for us, and then back, and back again? No.
Instead, we went with hot tub steps. They're meant to be snapped together permanently so I just cut off the tabs that 'snap' together. Now I can very easily take them apart and stash the pieces in a cabinet or under a couch when not in use. Works for dogs and humans - very sturdy. 15" overall height. Gladys took to them right away
Hey Josh, I won't be needing that third hoop step, but thanks for the first two!

New Front Speakers and then got stuck
All jazzed to install 2 speakers up front, 2 in the back, and install a new stereo (single DIN), but only got the front two speakers done. Anyone know how to get the panelling off the back and side doors (1998 Ford E-250)? I've taken out every screw I can find and can only get the plastic window panel out - nothing for the fabric panel below. I'm a little scairdt to just pull on it - especially with a road trip coming up!
