Re: What did you do to your SMB today?
Just finished spraying on the U-Pol Raptor Liner to the top of the SMB. Went on real easy. The pain was the masking and prep work. But isn't it always that way. Huge thanks to Saline's post about the process. It helped a bunch and made it so easy to see the step by step pics.
Tomorrow I install the Kyocera 135W solar panel, run all the wiring for that to the solar controller and house battery, new Lifeline 4DL battery, install new Aluminess side ladder, and then begin work on building bike rack for back swing away.
Busy week.

Great job Kiddo ,
I can't wait to see them in person ! It appears that you have the desired storage space that you wanted and then some .

Thanks Greggd & joey2cool!
Gregg,
I'll give you call at some point and stop by again to ask you about some lighting!
Mac,
Making them is the easy part, contorting myself into the closet to install them was the crux!
If you're serious pm me, I could make some for you (any cabinet shop could they're dead easy, I just happen to have a woodworking shop, as a hobby).

Repacked my front wheel bearings on my Dynatrac ProRock 60 front axle. Not as tough as I thought it was going to be, thanks to BadgerTrek's writeup on his website.

Re: What did you do to your SMB today?
Ok this week I picked up a new hood for $50 and had it painted. I took the painter the old hood to match it and they did a great job. So today I put the new one back on.
Looks great.
While at ecology I found all the little stuff I needed so I switched out a bunch of mounting crap that just bugged me.
I then took the bra off the van and cleaned up the areas it covered YIKES it was bad. I did save the bug screen and cut it to cover the billet grill only.
Much better looking.
Also on the donor van at ecology it did have a full floater but I did not get under to get more info.

Who makes those Molle panels and the seat back?
- I connected up the replacement high stop light in the Penthouse. The wiring goes up above the Penthouse roof interior trim, took a few screws out, pulled the wired through and joined near bottom of PH bed and covered up with the split tube

Next project is the the Transfer Case and Drive Shafts and 4X4 conversion will be finished.
