We bought a sportsmobile!

Just came from the reggie - Got plates! Next up = prep for inspection...

I have a long way to go in terms of baselining and dialing in this rig for our particular needs (chasing snow for skiing primarily) - but...having just completed a pleasant & uneventful 2,000 plus mile shakedown cruise from Montana to Vermont (via Pennsylvania) I'm pretty darned stoked!! Thumbs up @ previous owners (2) who appear (paperwork & in person) to have done right by this van - We aim to do the same...

Nice van, I was down there a week ago getting the RIP Kit put on my van and saw your van in the shop. John and the crew are awesome!

Good call on the bigger tank! I opted out of it, but the plan is to save some money at get it down the road. I noticed you have a toggle for your 4x4 switch. Is that new option?

DONT LAUGH, I got two partial days of work in on van now that my uber busy phase is done ( my youngest graduated with his college degree Friday, starts new job next week -wooHOOO)

Today I removed the seatbelts from row 3 and 4.... following second round of cleaning caked dust from bare fooor and sheet metal sides (plastic wall cladding is removed).

It took some contortioning for 5'4" me to get leverage on each bolt to remove them. So far I have put seat mounts and seat belt bolts back in place after coating threads with anti-seize. I'd like to remove them all to get a level floor surface tho... Does anyone have solution for economy priced plugs for the bolt holes in floor?

What about a grub screw/set screw, installed with Loctite?
