Yeah Snorkel would be fine. Also with all the dust here. I was planing to built one but at least it was to much drouble....
I checked my airfilter after all of that "potholes" and no single trop was in it. But shit can happen thats true. Unfortunatly slower driving was no option as the ground was very soft.

i got a little in thru the slider, but then again, the van is 20 years old with original seals. I was expecting worse

Nothing in mine, i also have no carpet inside, only PVC Floor. So i would see a single trop if it was there.

I'm not as brave as some of these owners but I did cross the Third Branch of the Carson River a few times to avoid a long bony two track.
