I give up fighting this stupid wire. Going to go ahead and just use some Legrand Wiremold up and down the sides of the cabinet as close to the valances as possible. My long term plan is to use the current cabinets as a template for new ones to be built, so when the new cabinets get built I will..

Basically to get the wires where I want them to go concealed right now, I would have to rip half the interior apart, and I do NOT want to do that yet....
