What is your "concept"
To have a double bed in the front part and be able to sit 4-5 around the table

What I heard is that Swiss people are slower than others so if I add beer, my project would last a whole year... want to be on the road and visit not just work...

From Kustom fit thru my Swiss company, they work fine just need to open the door to turn 180° because the seat arm rest are hitting the door arm rest Would have liked having a safe under the passenger seat, lost space there, might do it...

Re: Swiss van for the time in the US

Just got my van back from the dealer at 24'000 miles

There were some issues that got fixed such as windshield leak, break and ABS lights came on, dash light dimmer and the check engine light that was on since I got it.
On the last one they changed the EGR valve, installed the new grid in it and guess what, installed a new turbo.

Will see how long that will last

Re: Swiss van for the time in the US

Here is some news about the build.
I have defined the layout with some template.

The toilet will be build in the furniture.

Just need to choose the material and build it.
Also finalise the bench bed.

Re: Swiss van for the time in the US

I found a used front bumper that was on a brand new van that burned down .

It gave me some work to repair it but I also modified it to increase the cooling airflow.

I gave it to paint, unfortunately the time frame was not respected and a lousy job was done, I will have to give it back to have it correct.

Before

Ready to sand blast and paint

No picture after being painted because as soon it got out of the oven, I stored the bumper with the van for the summer.

Yes it is time for me to go back home finish some work and design some parts of the van.
The van will be stored for 3 months and there will not be updated of the work until then, sorry for that.
Maybe some design updates.
