Tailgaters, How do you deal with them?

I just keep driving whatever speed I feel comfortable with and laugh as they keep swerving to the left and trying to look around me to see whats going on. Then they usually see me laughing in my rear view as I point it out to my wife, so of course she turns around to see and its all just fun and games.

The best time I've had was with a lady that was upset about something stupid and laid on her horn as we pulled away from a light, so I started honking like a little kid playing games and as she passed me she gave me the bird. The best part was having to stop right next to me at the next light and she wouldn't even look over.
