Re: What did you do to your SMB today?
Thanks man, I have been looking hard at the MTR's. I like the side wall and E rating. After this summers trip I will most likely pull the tigger.

Re: What did you do to your SMB today?
Today I moved it in front of the garage, tried to figure out why the house battery was disconnected (it wasn't, it was just dead as dead from the dealership- I'm thinking they knocked a light on or something). The separator wouldn't connect as it is powered from the house side, so I put a 2A charger on the house battery and once there was voltage changed over to the Xantrex and shore power.
That was all just to get power to the cigarette lighter outlets in the house so I could test and test fit my backup camera and monitor, which is what I did next. I think I have pretty good locations, although one of the screws broke in the side of the camera and I have to buy a different mount for the monitor. Considering how little room there is, and that everywhere is in front of something or blocking line of site, or eliminating my mirror (which I use!) I think we came up with a pretty good solution. And by "we" of course I mean Kim pointed out the spot after I told her why each location I'd tried wasn't very good.

Bought a set of collapse-able boxes for storage to go under "Gaucho":

Interested in hearing how the camera works out. I bought the $50 cheapo wireless and it works pretty good. Wired to the running lights so always on when running lights are on. Proportions are all off though. Something 2 feet away looks 10 feet away. But it will spot a dog or kid.
Nice folding step stool. Wheredga get it?

Camping World. I've seen them other places too.
Nothing today as it snowed a fair bit all day, but yesterday I mounted two of the cameras and was hunting for shorter connection wires.

Finally added some running boards, so the wife can get in and out of the van. For being in her early thirty's, she sure complains like she is twice that age. Either way, she wins, and ta-dah!

I see you put one on your side also! Is that so she can drive?
